How to Buy at
SWAN-e?
Just follow the following instructions. It's as easy as ABC.
i.
Select the color desired and fill in the quantity.
ii.
Select shipping location.
iii.
Click "Add to Cart" button to add the order into your
shopping cart.
iv.
Click check out for personal particulars and shopping cart details.
v.
Fill in your personal particulars and click "Verify Order" to
proceed.
vi.
Check the information provided and click "Submit Order" for
processing.
vii.
Click "Edit Quantity" to make changes for the items selected.
Click "Remove Items" to cancel items selected.
viii.
Click "Continue Shopping” for new purchase or click "Complete
Order" to submit your order.
Once we
have received your order request, we will send you an e-mail copy of
the information we received. If you do not receive an e-mail from us
within 24 hours of placing your order, please e-mail us at
order@swan-e.com or contact us
at 603-40235052/ 40225037. We will also send an e-mail notification
when we ship your order.
After we have processsed your payment, we
will post your order to your doorstep by registered mail. For order
of trolley school bag within Klang Valley, your bag will be sent to
you by our staff.
